How do I send you my logo or department patch?

Once you place an order or request a quote, you can upload your high-resolution files (PNG, JPEG, or Vector preferred) through our contact form. For the highest precision, Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG) are best.

Will I see a proof before you engrave?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. For all custom and bulk orders, we send a digital proof for your approval. We don't fire the laser until you’ve signed off on the design.Note: If no response is received in 48 hours the design will be deemed correct and production will start.

Can I upload a design I like?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We encourage to have a design in mind so our designer can have inspiration to draw from. Our designer will use your inspiration to create a custom design. Please be aware that certain designs may introduce copy write issue. If this is the case we will communicate that and find a solution!

Question 4

Can I request changes after I receive my digital proof?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We want your tribute to feel right in every detail. If something needs adjusting, reply to the proof email with your requested changes before approval. Once you sign off, we move into production and the design is locked in.
